The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. For House Bill No. 2201 -- A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-9A-13, relating to adding an amount to the appropriation for serving exceptional students with high-cost/high-acuity special needs that is based on the reduction in net enrollment multiplied by the average net state aid per pupil for the preceding school year; limiting the amount added; and providing for disbursement of amount added.
